Fire and roasting Marshmallows in Forest School!
May 2018. We all learnt how to strike the flint and steel to light the fire, then we roasted marshmallows! We thought they were yummy!

The Digestive System
Today we started our topic by making a digestive system. We learned about the different parts and made them!

Wow! Why are Norman Castles Certainly not Bouncy?
We started our topic with a wow of having a bouncy castle for an afternoon! We LOVED it!!
We enjoyed visiting Beamish Open Air Museum in Durham. We played traditional Christmas parlour games, made peg dolls, made cinnamon cookies, went down the mine, visited Santa and even fed his reindeer!
We enjoyed our first session today with Mrs Lee. We explored the Mud Kitchen, made necklaces, created stick and leaf pictures and learnt knots to tie sticks together. Fun was had by all!
